1. The mid season registration period for the football players of the association for the season 2015-16 shall commence from 10.00 AM of 21.12.2015 and shall end by 5 PM ON 05.01.2016. No registration from shall be accepted after 05.01.2016.
(For Fresh Players Only). (Excluding Sunday & Public Holidays).
2. Players registered with the clubs under the PDFA for the season 2015-16 will not be allowed to seek transfer to any other club registered under the
PDFA during the mid season registration period 2015-16. Players which are not registered with any club under the PDFA for season 2015-16 are eligible to seek mid season registration 2015-16 and will be considered as fresh players.
3. Last date for Teams / Clubs seeking Inter District / Inter State transfer or
International Transfer will be as per dates of the AIFF window subject to clearance from WIFA & AIFF.
4. Mid Season Registration forms are available at the PDFA website for player desiring / wishing to take registration to any Football Club affiliated with the
PDFA in the prescribed mid season registration.
5. The Mid Season registration Fee Structure per player is as follows:
Fresh –
District –
Rs. 500,
Rs 3000,
Rs 4,000 and
Rs 5000.
State -
International –
The mid season registration form shall not be accepted without transfer fee. The registration fee shall be paid either in cash or by Demand Draft drawn in favor of
Pune District Football Association.
6. The association shall issue dated receipt in token of having received the registration form. The date of receipt of application form by the association shall be treated as the date of submission of the registration form to the association.
7. The duly filled mid season registration form shall be submitted personally by the player seeking registration in the association office during the office hours on or before 05.01.2016. No registration forms shall be accepted after the due date.
8. The form shall be filled in duplicate and shall be dated and signed by the player seeking registration.
9. The mid season registration forms, which are incomplete and unsigned, shall be rejected.
10. The association shall verify the registration applications forms received and if found correct in all respects should accept the transfer of the player.
11. A football player wishing to seek Inter District / Inter State / International Transfer, the mandatory AIFF / WIFA formalities shall have to be completed to make the transfer valid.
12. This transfer rule is valid only for the season 2015-16.

13. The last date for submitting the Transfer form is 05.01.2016.
LOAN
To take any player on loan the following things need to be done.
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Secretary of the Old Club is
Mandatory.
2. No fresh player will be allowed to register as player on Loan.
3. Internal Loan (within Maharashtra) and External Loan (Outside Maharashtra) are allowed.
4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) required of the respective association if the player is not registered with PDFA.
5. If the club has registered all its 30 players with the PDFA then they are not eligible to take players on loan.
6. Last date of Internal and External loan is will be as per the AIFF dates.
7. Fees for intra club loan Rs.1000/-per player.
8. Fees for Internal Loan Rs 2000/- per player. (Subject to change as per WIFA
Direction)
9. Fees for External Loan Rs 3000/- per player. (Subject to change as per WIFA
Direction)
10. Loan between two clubs in same division can be ‘’N’’ numbers.
11. Only two players can be loaned from lower division to upper division within two clubs.
12. Only two players can be loaned for an Intra club loan. And from lower division to upper division (within the same club)
