Laser Diffraction experiment
A laser will be pointed through a diffraction card. The laser will then be diffracted through this card
creating a spectacular array of lighting throughout the room. The card diffracts the laser light in a variety
of ways.
Popping Balloons experiment
A laser will be pointed at a dark shaded spot of a balloon. The laser will be strong enough to eventually
pop the balloon. This is because of the power of the laser. Our laser will be 200 Mw (miliwatts)
Hologram
A pre-made hologram will be showed to the class. You no longer have to imagine seeing a hologram! It is
no longer confined to movies, and can be built in an everyday household.
