KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA JASHPUR
VMC MEETING
VMC meeting was conducted in Kendriya Vidyalaya Jashpur on 17 September
2014 at 2.00 hrs under the chairmanship of Shri. Him Shikhar Gupta, Collector and
District Magistrate Jashpur.
Agenda for the meeting:









Result analysis of Board Class.
Target for CBSE board examination 2015.
Achievements of students in the current session.
Ensuring quality in Education up to primary and upper primary classes, where no failure
policy is implemented.
Head-wise expenditure incurred so far out of Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi.
Planning for expenditure out of VVN under power of VMC.
Repair & Maintenance of existing School Building.
Up gradation of the School up to +2 level from ensuing session.
Construction of permanent building for the Vidyalaya.

3. Achievement of students in the field of sports was shown to the members and
the same was appreciated by all.
4. The following steps for ensuring quality Education for Primary and Upper
Primary classes was displayed.
(i). Practice of MCQ and Short Answer Question for slow Learners.
(ii). Week Areas of the slow learners identified subject wise
(iii). Those Students are repeating same Grades the Special remedies is given to improve their
Grades
(iv). More information has to be given them by using ppts activities –like role-play, drama and
speech
(v). Knowledge of the locality and the town is given while teaching subjects
(vi).To develop the reading habits Students should read the sort stories and make the Chapter
wise MCQ question.
(vii). Conduction of the PSA test in the class for practice and improvement
(viii) Setting appropriate criteria and high standards of learning quality.

7. Repair and Maintenance of existing School Building:
The following proposals were made for repair and maintenance of existing school
building:
1. Flooring the stairs of first story building.
2. Aqua guard for drinking water.
3. White wash for building.
4. One more toilet is required for primary children.
6. Bike stand and car stand is required.
7. Changing of window panes.
8. Renovation of electrification in the building.
The proposals were accepted with minor modifications. The E.E RES was asked to
coordinate with the Principal for necessary repair and maintenance. Regarding
constuction of one more toilet for Primary children the chairman assured to
NAREGA.
8. Regarding Up gradation of the School up to +2 level from ensuing session four
additional halls are under construction. The EE RES was instructed by the
chairman to finish the work at the earliest.
9. Construction of permanent building for the Vidyalaya is yet to be started by
CPWD.
10. A smart class room is proposed in the Vidyalaya. The chairman had instructed
Principal Govt. Model High School to co ordinate for the set up.
11. Chairman instructed to make proper security arrangement at the time of
arrival and departure of the students.
