In the beginning of the VMC meeting the Hon’ble chairman is
welcomed by the principal in vidyalaya library. In her welcome speech,
Principal very humbly requested for the kind cooperation and suggestion on
the part of chairman for all round development of the Vidyalaya. Then
introduction was given by every member present in the meeting.
The Hon’ble Chairman asked about the implementation of various
decisions taken in the last VMC meeting. He showed his satisfaction that
almost all the work was done to the best possible result.
The Hon’ble Chairman further emphasized the need of infrastructure
as well as cosmetic changes in vidyalaya. People should know that their
wards are going to the best institution and getting something from the
Vidyalaya.
The following points were discussed on the basis of which some decisions
have been taken:1. At present, maximum limit of every class strength is 40 which is less
considering the fact that this is the only K.V at district headquarter
with single section category. As per the demand and necessity, kindly
write a letter through your good office to hon’ble commissioner, KVS
Headquarter, New Delhi to extend the limit from 40 to 45 in each
class so that we can accommodate five more children each section.
1
 Assurance is given by the chairman that a letter will definitely be sent to KVS
(HQ) requesting for the extension of the class strength limit by 5 seats in every
class due to heavy demand from the public side..
2. Even after conveying many times to the higher authorities, the
problem of drinking water continues to exist in Vidyalaya. For this,
water pipeline connection from RIICO to Vidyalaya can be the best
solution. The letters regarding this are already sent to the concerned
department. So, your are requested to look into the matter and do the
needful. Kindly extend the tanker water facility from two days to three
in a week.
 Presently two water tankers are made available per week in the vidyalaya by the
hon’ble chairman. Now onwards three water tankers per week will be made
available. The decision for pipeline from RIICO to K.V. Baran will be taken after
the discussion with Ex. Engineer. PHD.
A request letter to MD, RIICO Jaipur will be sent for pipeline from RIICO to
K.V.Baran. The whole expenditure needed for lying down the pipeline including
water cost will be incurred by KVS.
3. Frequent power cut does effect the teaching-learning process in the
Vidyalaya, particularly in computer periods. This school is situated 07
Kms away from District Headquarters. So, an approval may be given
for electricity connection from city feeder.
4. Due to frequent Power Cut, many times computer classes suffer a lot
as computer is being taught as a subject from class III to X and I.P in
classes XI and XII (Science). To cope up with this problem, a 05
KVA Generator set is needed in Vidyalaya.
 To cope up with frequent power cut dedicated feeder or individual feeder can be a
best solution. Such proposal will be sent to KVS (HQ). A 5KVA generator (sound
proof) may be purchased if the fund required for the same is available.
The Hon’ble VMC chairman called the Assistant. Engineer, Jaipur Vidyut Nigam

7. Keeping in view, the infrastructure and the area covered by the
Vidyalaya, not a single tree is there that is shadowy and looks really
beautiful. Garden has not been developed so far. So, the green
development must be given proper attention.
8. This Vidyalaya is situated in the best location on Kota-Baran road.
While traveling towards Baran, Vidyalaya captures every one’s
attention. But unlike K.V NTPC Anta, greenery is not seen here. So,
your kind attention is very much expected for the beautification of
vidyalaya building and whole campus. District Forest Department
may be requested to give their best for the development of greenery in
3
Vidyalaya Campus. Also permission may be given for the leveling in
from of the 2nd school gate.
 For the beautification of vidyalaya, chairman suggested for theme based garden.

9. After 2006, maintenance and repair of staff quarters is not yet

week by Municipality
 Cleaning of the Vidyalaya surrounding can be done in S.U.P.W periods. Studentteacher campaign for cleanliness should be promoted. It was also discussed in the
meeting that it is not objectionable on part of scouts and guide, volunteers and
group of students maintaining cleanliness of the Vidyalaya.
12.Presently, security services are not satisfying the Vidyalaya. The
present services giving agency must be changed as early as possible, if
needed. But it is to be done as per accounting norms.
4
13. Similarly, the present cleanliness services are not to the mark of
Vidyalaya Standard. So, the agency must be changed in order to
maintain the cleanliness in the Vidyalaya.
 Due to dissatisfaction of Vidyalaya Authority regarding cleanliness and some
technical problem, the current agency can be changed, if needed. But it is to be
done as per accounting norms. The Vidyalaya building as well as premises may
be included for cleanliness in the terms and conditions of the concerned agency
for cleanliness.

for the safety and security of Vidyalaya as well as teachers residing in
Staff Quarters.
 For safety and security of the Vidyalaya, Police patrolling team is already
patrolling around the vidyalaya surrounding.
15. Students come to the school in over loaded private buses, which is
not good from their safety point of view. There is always a possible of
an accident or misfortune. So, the state transportation services
should be made available as such services used to be there before two
years.
 A sub-committee consisted of SDM, ADM and ND Sharma will send a proposal to
private bus services requesting them for the buses on contractual basis.
16. Sprinkling of DDT powder in School Campus, School inside and
Staff Colony by Public Health Department is very much needed.
 On holiday only, sprinkling of melatyione powder is possible. It should be done in
closed places only as it is non effective in an open area.

have to remain without food for the day. So, kindly allow to open a
small canteen and book stall in Vidyalaya Premises.
5
 A Book stall in the Vidyalaya campus can be opened as per Vidyalaya
requirement.
18.Bus stoppage of Rajasthan Roadways at K.V Baran is needed because
the school is l on a fair bit of distance from Baran bus depot. Also
student should get concession in bus fare as many times they have to
pay as equal as fare to Anta.
 A letter will be sent to the Roadways Dept. for the bus stoppage at KV Baran on
request basis in order to overcome the problem of transportation.
Students can avail the concession on bus fare by availing the facility of monthly
