New Business/Strategic Planning/Activities 2014
a. CPhA-CSHP Residency Symposium
i. Planned for May 5th, 2014 6-9 pm
ii. Provides a unique opportunity for residents to practice their
poster presentation in a forum prior to presenting at Western
States Conference
iii. Three (3) hours of CE credit provided
iv. Contact Dave Mitchell if having any registration problems

Committee Chair/Co-Chair & Subcommittee Reports/Update
a. Treasurer - Stacy
i. PO Box to be set up to more easily separate donation money
to CSHP Sac Valley
ii. Plan for both Polo and Button-Up Navy Color Shirt Fundraiser.
Using Revolution Screeners in West Sac. Chapter of distinction
logo and year.
b. Secretary
i. Next Newsletter Submissions due Wednesday, 4/23/13 (date
extended due to few article contributions)
c. CE Committee – started a naughty list to deter last minute
cancellations
d. Membership Committee – up 5 from January to 126 members!
e. Mentor Program (Pauline & David – Voted for ASHP sac valley to
collaborate with CSHP sac valley to work together on program
i. Checks payable to CSHP Sacramento Valley with “mentor
program” in memo (add this info to website)
ii. Recognize donors with certificate of appreciation for different
levels of contribution. Post names on Website
