Your Comments on the Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan
The reason for undertaking revisions to the Willenhall Conservation Area
Appraisal and Management Plan are due to a recommendation set out in
legislation (Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990) which states that such plans should be reviewed ‘from time to time’,
good practice advocates that this is once every 5 years.
Wherever possible, please make comments against the appropriate section
below. We have asked some questions but you do not need to limit any response
to these questions. If you have any general comments to make, please add these
in the final section. Please provide evidence to support any comments you may
make.

These sections are largely a factual account of existing policies, and a
summary of the special interest of the conservation area.

Sections 6 and 7: Spatial analysis and character analysis
Do you feel that the 6 character areas are an accurate breakdown of the
more localised characteristics of the conservation area and the detail
provided on individual sites within these character areas provides
useful information?
