o Sat on both committees for ECS Alumni and ECSJC to organize a joint BBQ.
o Helped with funding and club participation.

o Discussed issues he is having running his organization and suggested changes.
o Will be sitting in on his club meeting next week.

o Planned and executed annual ECS BBQ.
o Planned and executed ECS Alumni/Student Homecoming BB Q.
o Discussed next events which include Turkey Bowl and Engineering Expo.
 Meeting with Dean Macari
o Was able to procure room to serve as a Lounge for Mechanical Engineering students.
o Will be helping move things from a room in Santa Clara to an office on the fourth floor of
Riverside.
