Detailed spreadsheet with students going to
different schools presented. Based on forecast
for 2015. Data seems off by age of students by
one year.
QES can hold 400 students easily without
portables with 19 classrooms available
Budget is $1190 and must be spent by March 31st
Synervoice is $800 it was moved that PSSC pay
for this
Interest in spending balance on Website or
computer hardware for school

11. Drop of Zone Etiquette


2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon
Split alphabetically A-L and M-Z
PSSC will offer care for students when parents
have children in both concerts
PSSC requested review of agreement between
school and Harvey’s Studios to ensure privacy of
student information
Raz Kids not being universally used by all
teachers
Cost is $3498
Barb will discuss use of this tool with Teachers to
get feedback.
There will be an expectation that the students
have passwords for access to program
PSSC feedback that Raz-Kids can become
“boring” to students however parents enjoy the
comprehension portion of program.
Alternative to Raz Kids will be investigated if
necessary
Parents curious about a guide to base student
performance on.
Examples and information of outcome
expectations are available at the Dept of Ed
website.
Parents should be encouraged to communicate
with child’s teacher if they have concerns.
Deborah and Lis will develop etiquette for the
drop off zone.
Goal is to educate those who do not frequently
use the drop off zone as to general practices.
