Any dispute or protest must be lodged with the Committee immediately on conclusion of the round, and the Committee’s decision on all matters shall be final.

Entrant’s handicap index to be stated. Maximum course index-40.4
3.
The handicap index stated at the date entries close shall prevail throughout the tournament.
4.
In the event of a tie, countback over last 18 holes and 9 holes in 18-hole events.
5.
In the event of entries exceeding 112 elimination will be decided by Committee. (The
Committee reserves the right to alter any time of date of the foregoing events, and also the distribution of trophies.)
6.
Motorised Golf Carts- apply in writing to Tournament Secretary. Conditions apply.
7.
Competitors must be ready to start at the published times, or be placed at the end of the draw.
8.
The Stead Cup, Amateur Sports Trust Cup, Sybil Dick Trophy and the Ida Barron Memorial
Trophy will be held by the respective winners for 12 months, on condition that they reside in
Southland, otherwise the Club will retain the cups.
