Participation (one page)
The objective of this section is to assess participation of beneficiaries in cash transfer/cash for
work and agri-input planning, targeting, registration and their active participation in reporting
grievance. Put here major findings and perception of the focus group in short and precise.
III.
Cash Transfer and Utilization (one and half page)
The extent to which beneficiaries satisfied in cash transfer process, challenges they faced, any
fraud problems, and how beneficiaries utilize the cash received for intended objective is the
objective of this section. Please try to identify if there is inter household conflicts in cash
management.
IV.
Cash for Work (one page)
Clearly describe cash for work activities, their salary payment process, how the cash they
received in the household and its benefit, the perception of the community regarding cash for
work etc.
V.
Agriculture input/Voucher (one page)
Beneficiary satisfaction on agriculture input (seed fair), distribution process, the quality of the
inputs they received, any problems during distribution, how they used inputs, their impact on HH
etc. should be clearly described in this section.
VI.
Quality of the program (half a page)
In this section the quality of overall services provide by the organization, beneficiaries opinions,
short term impacts of the program and perceptions of the community should be clearly
mentioned.
VII. Area of Improvement (half a page)
What issues raised during discussion and what recommendation forwarded from beneficiaries to
improve our services (cash transfer, agri-input, timing etc.)
