This document provides simplified detail along with the screen snapshots. 2 User Administrator 2.1 – Administrator This is the “User Administrator” login screen. This user is allowed to maintain only the users in the logged-in user’s organization. 2.2 – Not an Administrator This is the “Not an Administrator” (a regular PA user) login screen. This user has no access to make any PA configuration changes and limited access to make changes to its own account. 2|Page User Admin Quick Reference Guide 3 User Maintenance 3.1 – Edit User’s Settings | Information tab This screen allows the admin to edit user information. 3.2 – Edit User’s Settings | Authentication tab This screen allows the admin to configure the user authentication. 3|Page User Admin Quick Reference Guide 3.3 – Edit User’s Settings | Features tab This screen allows the admin to configure features per user. 3.4 – Edit User’s Settings | Rights tab This screen allows the admin to configure user type, data type access, confidential, and ref lab access per user. 4|Page User Admin Quick Reference Guide 3.5 – Edit User’s Settings | Delivery Rules tab This screen allows the admin to add, remove, copy and edit delivery rules for a user. Adding/Editing a rule screen: Clicking “Add Rule” allows to add a rule and clicking “Edit” allows to edit an existing rule. This is where all different pieces of the delivery rules are configured for a user. 5|Page User Admin Quick Reference Guide 4 Access Additional Records 4.1 – Patient Search (Level 1 AAR) Patient search screen is where the user performs the first level of AAR to view additional patients if configured as such to view at the org level. 4.2 – Patient Chart (Level 2 AAR) Patient chart is where the user performs the second level of AAR to view additional patient data if configured as such to view at the org level. 6|Page User Admin Quick Reference Guide 5 Confidentiality Once the user is within a patient chart and if the patient has the confidential data and the user is given the right to view the confidential data, then an additional option (reason) is available thru AAR as “Emergency Override Confidential”. Once a sub-reason is selected, then a window pops up that requires an acceptance in order to proceed to view the additional confidential data. The snapshots are provided below.
