General Rules
Youth Exhibitor-ages 5-18 Adult Exhibitor-over 18
Entry Fees-$1.00 per class for Adults
Free for Youth
Premiums-Adult-$3- $2- $1 Youth-$2- $1-$.50
All entries must be in place by noon Friday July 11, 2014. Entries may be brought to the fairgrounds Thursday 10th
between 2pm and 7pm.
Registration and entry fees for items will be collected at this time.
All entries must be tagged with entrants name, address & age (if youth) and class entered. All bake goods must be
accompanied by a recipe card. Multiple entries are permitted.
Baking-Please no entries that require refrigeration
Class #1- Adult- Brownies-any flavoer-3 specimens-no icing
Class #2 –Adult- Non Yeast Bread-standard loaf or 3 muffins
Class #3- Adult-Cookies (3 specimens) May be dropped, shaped or pan baked
Class #4 –Youth-Cupcakes-no icing- 3 cupcakes
Class #5 –Youth-Non Yeast Bread-standard loaf or 3 muffins
Class #6 –Youth-Cookies-3 specimens May be dropped, shaped or pan baked
Preserves
Class #7-Jelly-1- jar-any flavor
Class #8-Jam-1-jar-any flavor
Class #9-Relish-i.e. Sweet or Dill pickle relish, corn relish or chili Sauce
Floral Design
Class #10 -Adult-Artificial Flower Arrangement table bouquet or center piece for Xmas.
Class #11- Adult-Artificial Flower Wreath, Spray or Swag for Xmas
Class #12-Adult - Fresh Flower Arrangement using home grown and/or wild flowers
Class #13-Youth-Artificial Flower arrangement, wreath, spray, etc. for Xmas

Amateur Photography
 All photos must be taken by entrant and must be the original photo of the subject (no photos of photos)
 All photos must be mounted on hard card stock
