HILL COUNTRY Cocker Spaniels... Pet Sales Contract and Purchase Agreement Puppy must be checked by a veterinarian within 3 days from pick up or delivery. If on initial check, the Vet certifies in writing, that the animal has a health defect that would make it unsuitable as a pet and would warrant euthanasia, the breeder will replace this animal with one of equal value and quality, as soon as one can be made available, breeder reserves the right to as much as 2 years to provide such replacement. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Animal is guaranteed for 1 year on a replacement basis only, against life threatening congenital defects. No other adjustment will be made and breeder is not responsible for veterinarian bills incurred by the buyer. Buyer agrees to hold breeder harmless for any liabilities incurred by the buyer. Breeder will not accept animal for replacement due to Allergy, Landlord-Tenant dispute, Marital, or propensities of the animal. The breeder DOES NOT guarantee against any environmental temperament problems, more specifically, abuse, neglect, teasing, or failing to provide appropriate training and socialization. It is expected you should attend at least 8 weeks basic obedience with your pet. Animal is sold as a pet, will receive AKC limited registration, and is expected to be spayed or neutered. [This is to protect the integrity of the breed and individual bloodline, and prevent unwanted animals and reproductive illnesses] If at ANY TIME this animal is in need of placement or is no longer desired by the purchaser, it must be returned to the breeder, or placed in a home with prior approval of the breeder. Failure to do so may result in legal action to reclaim possession of said animal, and buyer agrees to be held responsible for any and all costs incurred by the breeder to do so. I have read and understand the above agreement. If dispute arises, jurisdiction shall be in Kendall County, TX and any and all transportation expenses will be paid for by the buyer. If the Buyer desires AKC limited registration, the Seller will mail the litter application along with a check made out to AKC from the Buyer into AKC so that the buyer may obtain registration.
