Stunning Scotsman Stand “The Best Yet”
The MK Group have done it again, creating a visually stunning stand for client Hubbard Ice exhibiting their range of Scotsman Ice Systems at Hospitality and Catering Industry Trade Show Hotelympia,
Excel Arena, 26 th Feb- 1 st March 2012.
Encapturing the theme of ‘Innovation’ into the design of the exhibition, The MK Group worked with local exhibition designers East Coast exhibitions to design and make a floor stand based on a series of triangles, featuring working ice machines, a novelty bar with accompanying bar stools and the statement piece; acrylic, 4 metre high, side lit, engraved branded panels, created by local company CIM signs.
The Acrylic panels, designed to give an edge to the fixed plinth stand created a visually aesthetic impact, enhanced by the ice blue, lit “Scotsman Ice” brand name.
The stand ‘stood above’ the rest, quite literally, at the exhibition attracting many of the 33,000 visitors to enter the stand and take a look at what was on offer. Initial reports suggest that this Hotelympia was one of the best attended in recent years, and client Hubbard Ice Systems recorded significant sales activity at the UK’s premier hospitality show.
