1. Students will continue to develop flexibility and muscular endurance through a variety of yoga poses. (CT
Standard 9.1 & 9.5)
2. Students will demonstrate an understanding of how the body performs during yoga movements and the
components of physical fitness. (CT Standard 10.1 & 11.2)
3. Students will be able to exhibit responsible personal and social behavior while participating in yoga. (CT
Standard 14.6)
