PROJECTS AND PRESENTATIONS
“Creating and Managing a Portfolio of Securities” This presentation highlights the result of my study on the
process of creating an efficient portfolio of assets hedged against downside risk. The portfolio was created via
the single index portfolio theory. Based on expected returns, risk and correlations between assets, I created a
portfolio made up of equities, commodities and bonds. The securities in this portfolio were effectively hedged
and had good market performance over one month period. Data used for this analysis were extracted from the
Bloomberg financial terminal while MS Excel was used for model building and analysis
“Evaluation of the Performance and Risk Exposure of J.P Morgan Chase and Bank of America” This
presentation covered a critical analysis of the profitability and risk exposure of J. P Morgan Chase and Bank of
America over ten-years (2002-2011). It majorly covered the banks performance before, during, and after the
financial crisis. The analysis was based on CAMEL model. Using the model I was able to determine the capital
adequacy, assets quality, management performance, earnings, liquidity and exposure to market risk for each of
the two banks. I used MS Excel for analysis and Bloomberg financial terminal to collect relevant data.
“An overview of Credit Suisse” This presentation was based on a holistic analysis of Credit Suisse. It covered
various mergers and acquisitions, business operations, performance and contribution of each business operation
to annual revenue. I also did an analysis of the bank financial statement focusing on its earnings, share price,
risk exposure from off-balance sheet assets. Furthermore, this presentation also covered strategic developments
in Credit Suisse, performance against other competitors, how industrial changes may affect the bank and
possible future predictions.

attention to details, better communication skills and great networking ability. I have also performed well in my
job. My staff performance ranking has continued to improve. It improved from 30th at the end of first month to
9th at the end of the 4th month. I have consistently been among the first two best part time staff based on
performance for more than four months.
