SRB-12/0008 – Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (CRTA) - Map the Money! Development goal: Transparent budgeting process that takes
into account citizens' needs and provides space for their direct engagement. Project goal: Established budget monitoring mechanism that enables citizen’s
engagement in budget implementation oversight. Expected outputs: 1. “Map the Money!” portal with local budget priorities, policies and implementation; 2.
Citizens use Map the Money! to access localized budget information and engage in budget monitoring; 3. Local authorities get access to an online tool that
they can easily replicate and use to increase transparency of local budget information; 4. Enhanced capacities of local CSOs and the media for effective
budget monitoring and advocacy; 5. Initiated public discussion on key budget issues. Region: 10 local communities in Serbia. NOK 608.890
SRB-12/0009 – Association of consumers in Serbia (APOS) - Future sustainability is consumer's responsibility. The aim of the project is a contribution to
rising of overall awareness of the need for environmental protection, with special emphasis on the importance of the consumers' active role. Project
activities will contribute to motivation of consumers to personally engage and educate relevant stakeholders about the need that consumer participate in
the adoption and implementation of environmental policy. Partner org: Center for consumers' protection and promotion quality life of citizens “FORUM”.

SRB-12/0010 – Centre for Development of Civil Society (CDCS) - Multiculturalism in Serbia is not dead: The purpose is improvement of exercise of the rights
of the members of Vlach national minority (in 4 areas: education, official use of language and alphabet, preservation of culture, information in mother
tongue) through application of good practice examples from Vojvodina. Partner org: Multiethnic Center for Development of the Region Danube - Bor (MC 21
Bor). The project will promote multiculturalism in Serbia through the attainment of elementary (basic) Vlach minority rights as the only minority that does
not exercise the guaranteed rights. Initiatives for the introduction of education in the Vlach language in 10 primary schools will be launched. The Vlach
language will be introduced in official use in three municipalities where there are legal conditions for it. The introduction of the Vlach language and Vlach
cultural contents on cultural events as well as informative programs in the Vlach language on local/regional broadcasting will be provided. NOK 496.090
SRB-12/0011 - Center for Development of Non-Profit Sector (CDNPS) - Watching, Counting, Participating: Advocacy Toolkit for Budget Watchdogs.
Monitoring and disclosure of public spending for subsidies to NGOs and building capacities of CSOs to engage in budget watchdogging in order to bring the
positive changes in public spending by pressing for accountability, transparency and efficiency. Results: -Empowered Serbian civil society with the Advocacy
tool that will enable CSOs to formulate their own advocacy initiatives; - CSOs from 11 cities trained for budgetary watchdog and advocacy activities; - CSOs
included in the process of establishing priority areas that will be addressed through budget subsidies for NGOs for each year; - Opening of a wide and
informed debate on the way budget funds are used and the ways to leverage more effective usage. NOK 667.400
SRB-12/0012 - Transparency Serbia (TS) - Judiciary in fight against corruption: Partner org: Judges' association of Serbia. The project will monitor and assess
results of Serbian Judiciary in fight against corruption and overall implementation of anti-corruption legislation. The project is directly linked with judicial
reform conducted on the basis of Judicial reform strategy in 2009, with the National strategy for fight against corruption (the new one is expected to be
adopted in 2012, while the one in force is from December 2005), and indirectly with the achievement of EU integration efforts of Republic of Serbia and
fulfilment of Copenhagen political and public sector capacity criteria. Results: Data collected and analyzed for criminal offences with the element of
corruption that were prosecuted in Serbia; Data collected and analyzed for misdemeanour cases related to the violation of anti-corruption legislation; Data
collected and analyzed for cases related to the public procurement law held before Commercial courts; Data collected and analyzed for judicial institutions

SRB-12/0013 - Association of Public Prosecutors and Deputy Public Prosecutors of Serbia (PAS) - Citizens and Judiciary jointly Against Corruption: Partner
org: Toplica Center for Democracy and Human Rights and Uzice Center for Human Rights. The project”Citizens and Judiciary jointly Against Corruption”
improves institutional mechanism for CSOs’ role and participation, and public prosecutors’ and entire justice system performance, in fight against corruption
in public finances of Serbia. Results: 1. Developed and advocated policy and legal recommendations for improvement of CSOs participation and judiciary
performance; 2. Raised capacities of CSOs; 3. Raised capacities of prosecutors for combating corruption; 4. Established networks and partnerships between
CSOs and judiciary; 5. Raised level of citizens’ knowledge on corruption and motivation for actions against it; 6. Issued and widely disseminated publication, 8
TV debates on corruption, CSO’ role in anti-corruption issues; organised 1 national and 2 regional round-tables, a project website. NOK: 939.800
SRB-12/0014 - European Movement in Serbia (EMinS)- Know How 2 Act. Partner org: Belgrade Open School. Project aims at active involvement of local
CSOs’ in development and implementation of favourable environmental legislation/policy aligned with EU Acquis and regional know-how exchange through
networking and strengthening of CSOs policy/advocacy competence. Results: 1) Developed Analysis of the local stakeholders' capacities and needs; 2)
Strengthened capacities/competences of 210 representatives CSOs in EU environmental legal framework, developing public policies, public advocacy and
monitoring in environmental policy; 3) 7 WG sessions of National Convention on EU implemented, applicable in other policy areas; 4) Recommendation for
improving environmental policies at local level developed; 5) 30 policy briefs; 6) 3 conducted public advocacy campaigns. NOK 957.700
SRB-12/0015 - Association for Development of Children and Youth – Open Club - Civil Society for Inclusive Education - Education fit for Children. Partner
org: Center for Interactive Pedagogy – CIP, Centar za interaktivnu pedagogiju/ Initiative for Inclusion – VelikiMali, Uzice Child Rights Centre/ Association of
Citizens "NEXUS - Vranje"/ Overall objective is to increase participation and contribution of civil society to social/political development in Serbia by
monitoring process of inclusion in educational institutions and advocating for implementation of new regulations in this area. Results: Child focus CSOs
competent to carry out monitoring of public policy and advocacy; Child focus CSOs activists trained in monitoring of educational institutions; Report on the
implementation of inclusion of minority groups in educational institutions; Defined policy recommendations for educational institutions. NOK 1.383.200
SRB-12/0016 - Resource centre Majdanpek-Building capacities for establishment of Serbian Bioenergy Association - SERBIO. Partner org: Norges vel, The
Royal Norwegian society for development. Region: 3 municipalities in east and 2 in south-west Serbia. The project aims at strengthen the civil society in
Serbia by establishing an organization that will support the introduction of modern ways of using renewable energy from wood. A transfer of knowledge
from Norway to Serbia is urgent to assist municipalities, companies, CSOs and forest owners to do business within this field. Based on Norwegian expertise
and knowledge, we will establish a network of stakeholders within renewable energy in a national information organization, here called SERBIO and promote
the organization and construction of a spear point, demonstration heating plant in the Municipality of Majdanpek. The project is anchored in the National
Strategy for Renewable Energy in the objective: To utilize use of wood biomass potential. Results: 1. Minimum 5 CSOs has built own capacities in
environment and climate issues and are capable to provide assistance to farmers and their cooperatives in wood chips production; 2. Minimum 300 people
has been informed and introduced with potentials of renewable energy from wood residues, 3. Serbian bioenergy association is established and functional

SRB-12/0017 - Citizens Association for Democracy and Civic Education - Civic Initiatives: Social Policy Monitoring Initiative (SPMI). Partner org: Autonomous
Women's Center - AWC (NGO), Association for Development of Children and Youth – Open Club (NGO), Roma Information Centre – RIC (NGO), "Snaga
priajteljstva" – Amity (NGO), Group 484 (NGO), Center for Independent Living Serbia - CIL (NGO) A 3-year project implemented by a coalition of 7 CSOs. Its
goal is to advance the position of 7 minority groups (children, youth, elders, Roma, women, refugees, pers. with disabilities) through fostering
implementation of existing legislative framework. Results: 1. Comprehensive analysis of legal and strategic framework relevant for 7 minority groups and
budgetary allocations for recognized priorities; 2. Strenghtened capacities of 7 CSOs for monitoring, advocacy and policy making; 3. Developed monitoring
mechanism for CSO and citizens' participation models; 4. Developed sustainable mechanism for influencing government decision making process on
national/local level; 5. Produced shadow report on the implementation and effects of existing measures in the area of social protection and presented to the

SRB-12/0018 - Philanthropy, Charitable Fund of the Serbian Orthodox Church: Strenghtening Citizens' Participation in Rural Areas. Partner org: MerhametSandzak, Muslim Humanitarian Association Region: Pcinja, Nisavski and Raski District / Srbija. This project provides inputs for active citizens' participation of
rural population in their tendency to provide protection of basic rights of vulnerable rural population, i.e. children and youth, women, ethnic minorities,
people with disabilitities, etc. Results: 30 participants, Philanthropy’s and Merhamet’s staff and associates will build capacities in citizens’ participation,
social partnership and advocacy; Questionnaire for assessment of availability of rights, services and information for rural population will be designed
- District Conclusions, based on survey conducted on a 120-family sample; 30 representatives of rural CSOs from three districts will receive knowledge and
skills in the area of project cycle management, communication, advocacy, citizens’ participation and community based psychosocial support; Several
hundred citizens of 12 targeted villages in 3 districts will receive knowledge and learn on improvement potentials in the area of social, health care, and
educational rights, environmental, ecological rights and safety in agriculture, and access to information, culture and arts in their local communities. NOK

SRB-12/0019 - Inclusive Society Development Center (CRID): The urban env. Partner org: Accessibility Audit Association in Serbia. Region: Pirot, Užice, Veliko
Gradište, Novi Pazar, Majdanpek. The main idea of this project is to create conditions for increasing the mobility of persons with disabilities, the elderly,
parents and young children and other people with walking impairments and/or communication on the territory of the 5 municipalities, through education
and cooperation with municipalities. From education and other activities of the project is expected to increase the visibility of people with disabilities in 5
municipalities and to ease living conditions for their independence. Other residents will facilitate movement through the city. Results: Strengthening the
network of organizations of people with disabilities in 5 municipalities in Serbia through seminar on accessibility for 100 people; Formation of Accessibility
Councils in 5 municipalities; Solving problems in 5 inaccessible object and media campaign. NOK 493.390
SRB-12/0020 - Group 484: Networking and Capacity Building for More Effective Migration Policy in Serbia. Partner org: Belgrade Centre for Human Rights
(BCHR). Region: Serbia. Strengthening capacity for policy monitoring, analysis and advocacy work in the field of asylum and readmission, with strong
emphasis on the enforcement of international and EU standards, human rights and social inclusion, above all of women and minors. Results: (1) 14
representatives of national CSOs continually updated on EU and national migration policies and practice, and involved in intensive advocacy campaign and
preparation of the comprehensive annual report on forced migration in Serbia. (2) 40 local CSOs introduced with EU standards in forced migration area, key
forced migration issues in Serbia, and the main tools for monitoring and advocacy work. (3) 70 key stakeholders and decision makers from national and local
institutions introduced with CSOs recommendations for improvement in national and local forced migration policies. NOK 691.610
SRB-12/0021 - Forum of civil action (FORCA): Together for progress. Partner org: Youth Roma Center. Region: Zlatibor, Morava, Kolubara and Raska regia /
Serbia. By realization of 6 trainings will be qualified about 150 activists in 4 regions that, by using democratic procedures, influence to the decision makers in
local communities. The aim of the impact is the adoption and implementation of local Roma strategies. Results: capacity building trainings for 20
representatives of organizations in the region; 20 of trained will implement more than 10 training for about 150 activists, organizations and individuals;
Implementation of advocacy campaigns in three districts in western Serbia, on the need for implementation of planned activities of national and local
strategies; Development and adoption of at least 5 local action plans for Roma. NOK 536.170
SRB-12/0022 - Generator: Minorities' rights - obligation of majority. Partner org: "Vranjske" weekly. Region: Vranje, Bujanovac, Presevo, Repubic of Serbia.
Project envisages public awarenes-raising campaign on minorities' rights and empowerment of young people in active citizenship by running 15 debates on
minorities’ rigths in 5 high-schools in Southern Serbian cities of Vranje, Bujanovac and Presevo.
Results: 15 organised debates in five highschools (3 each); Six reports/supplements published in "Vranjske" weekly; Two trainings organized ; 15 young
people developed skills for local activism; 15 young people developed skills in journalism; 3 local actions developed and 15 articals prepared by participants.
