NRHH Falcon Chapter Minutes 9/26/2013
I. Scholarship- Chelsea
a) Examined budget- budget voting on October 3rd.
b) Voted to remove the phone expense from the budget Rick will be presenting it to RSA.
II. Service- Megan
a) Sign up for committees on the Weebly website http://bgsunrhh.weebly.com/index.html
b) First meeting for St. Baldricks- Thursday, October 3rd @ 7pm in Eppler North 103
c) Free Rice explanation
d) Pillar families- sorting to be happening soon. Emails will be sent out to kick off the pillar
family competition
e) Contact Megan if you have any questions
III. Leadership- Ann Marie
a) Nominations start tomorrow! Accepted until October 6th
b) Interview scheduling will be happening soon
c) Inductions are November 16th @ 1pm
d) Leadership Conference- begin thinking about it, committees will soon be formed
e) Guest Speaker- Lauren Brunswick with the Student Leadership Assistants from the Center for
Leadership-- sign up for presentations or the Leadership Certificate Program at
bgsu.edu/leadership
IV. Recognition- Nick
a) OTMs due Oct. 4th @ 11pm
b) Submit an OTM? Email Nick to receive points towards your active status
c) OTM pillar family competition occurring next month
V. President- Jessee
a) Designing the new chapter logo contest- Form will be online
b) Tabled the idea of reviewing the purpose/mission statement
c) Sign up if you would like to walk in the Homecoming Parade
d) Bed Races are Oct. 3rd from 4-6pm in Lot N
e) To be put on your radar- we might be making some clarifications to the constitution soon.

VI. Advisor Updates
a) New BGSU website will be coming; be on the lookout
b) CAACURH will be happening soon- you'll be notified of any business that will be discussed.
c) Halloween Funfest will be happening October 29th. NRHH will be participating!
The next meeting will be on October 3rd at 8:00pm in the Sky Bank Room
(BTSU 201), we will be voting on a few things so make sure that you are in
attendance!
