It is time to know who you are… who you truly are. Time to know what is in your
DNA… who your ancestors are. This might surprise most of you, for it is something
that you don’t think about. Many have not taken the time or listened to the calling
of their hearts long enough to discover this vital aspect of yourselves. When you
discover this part of you.. you will truly know what it is to be ALIVE… really LIVE
with ALL of you. You are truly amazing BEINGS with many abilities and facets that
extend far out into the reaches of the universe and beyond. What would it take for
you to allow this knowledge to reveal itself to you? What are you willing to do?
Will you take time in silence? Will you allow the desire deep within your heart to
expand? Will you allow yourself to connect to your ancestors without fear? Will you
allow the possibility of a grander you? Will you take back your sovereignty, your
authenticity, and your right to BE who you truly are? Ponder this… for this is the
key to living in the NEW EARTH and the evolvement of your soul. It is all up to
each and every one to take responsibility for their own spiritual evolution. And…
remember that joy and laughter will open the way.

Sitting Bull: The Native Americans have kept their ancestry alive… for they knew
and felt this connection to their heritage deep within their soul and were not afraid
to express it.
Melchezidek: The Family of Light has revered to keep their lineage alive and
expressive upon the Earth through humanity and the many forms on earth… for
when you look at another or any aspect of LIFE on earth you are looking at yourself.
Ramtha: Being true to who you are is what it is all about. It wasn’t until I
surrendered everything… the most challenging… being the mind… and returned into
my heart and soul did I finally become free.
Quan Yin: Discovering the “true you” takes great courage and forgiveness… this has
been my way to complete freedom.
St. Germain: Remember to laugh on your journey… especially at yourself ))
El Morya: You are always more than you think you are.
ISIS: Joy bounds in the universe at the desire of others willing and wanting to
discover and learn their true cultural heritage.
Lady Nada: Whoever you are and wherever you are… it’s all about love.
Sananda: When two or more hearts join as ONE… doors open and miracles become
commonplace.

Three Indians: We are aware of the seemingly challenges that have come upon you
and want you to know that we are learning deeply in our observations.
Amadeo: I have come with lightness, laughter, and sharing in the energy of
grandness , sophistication, and nobility.
Rosemary: The energy portal of LOVE that you and ONE-TLC have created reaches
much vaster than you realize.
Spanish Delegation: We continue to wait patiently knowing that our true expression
is forthcoming.
Jesus: Many, many lives are being healed through LOVE at this time and through
the release of old Karma, the past, and forgiveness on a global scale. Thank you.
The Gift of Life: I am here waiting patiently when you are ready to receive.
Jill: I am working with you both.
Stonehedge: I have come as a reminder of the many ancestral secrets waiting to be
revealed.
Peter the Great: It was the love of those around me that gave me Courage… there is
strength in unity.
Rocky Mountains: My beauty is grand and vast with many hidden secrets waiting to
be revealed.
David: I AM home… and the feeling is unexplainable… very good…very good, yeah!
Jackie: My heart is filled with joy and gratitude… and yes it is unexplainable…
