Child/Adolescent Psychologist/s -Day Treatment Program

The primary function of the Child & Adolescent Psychologist is to serve as an
attending psychologist for the child and adolescent partial hospitalization
programs. Duties related to the attending psychologist role include: evaluation
of patients for admission to the partial hospitalization programs, admitting and
coordinating the care of patients, staff clinical supervision and collaboration
with physicians and other professionals in the coordination of care. The Child &
Adolescent Psychologist actively participates in quality improvement
initiatives, staff training, and business development presentations.

Required Experience
1. PhD or PsyD required with specialization in child and adolescent services.
2. Minimum of two (2) years' experience, licensed in the State of Wisconsin,
and in good standing with respective licensing board. Or Licensed Eligible in
Wisconsin.
3. Medicare and medical provider status.
4. American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification or
American Red Cross Professional Rescue is required within thirty (30) days
of date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
5. Formal training in the management of aggressive patients is required
within sixty (60) days of date of hire. Annual re-certification is required.
