The Mason's Lodge will host its’ Annual Chili Supper on Friday, January 23rd from 4 - 8 PM. Proceeds from this event fund the Mason's Scholarship and Scholastic Bowl Tournaments. Please come out and support this great event. Volunteers are needed to help with this event. Set up will begin at 3 pm. The chili supper will take place from 4 - 8 pm. GSW has scheduled a Financial Aid Night on Wednesday, January 28th at 6:00 pm. David Seward, from Joliet Junior College, will be in the GSW cafeteria to present very important information on funding your college education. Students if you are interested in learning more about Nuclear Programs offered through State Tech College in Missouri (formerly Linn State) sign up in the guidance office ASAP. Completing this program could lead to a position at one of the local nuclear power plants. JUNIORS- IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT JOINING THE AIR FORCE MARCH 2015DECEMBER 2015 THIS IS WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO START APPLYING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE SEE MS. KILMER. Students - If you plan to play a sport at the college level make sure you meet with Ms. Kilmer to discuss the NCAA Clearinghouse. Student athletes at a Division I, II, or III institute must meet rigorous academic requirements. Together we can review the courses you have taken and those you plan to take to make sure you meet the necessary criteria. If you plan to go to JJC before transferring to a 4 year college and you want to make sure that your taking the classes that will transfer correctly you can attend a Transfer Success Info Session.
