We are in the process of opening our second superstore and warehouse and have a fantastic and challenging opportunity for Sessional Duty Managers to join our team. You will be a motivated individual who has great leadership skills engaging and working alongside staff, ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. Key tasks of this role include (but are not limited to) Generation of quality donated stock from individuals and companies Ensure effective processing systems to sort, prepare, price and dispose of stock Achieve a high standard of merchandising and display in all areas of the sale floor Ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to Assist the Retail Manager in identifying opportunities and establishing additional retail outlets Responsible for risk assessment, health and safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and all retail outlets Identify and procure new goods and opportunities to market merchandise Promote, manage and motivate volunteers Compile management information when required If you enjoy a challenge and have a proven track record of success in a management position within retail or similar then you could be an ideal candidate for this role.
