MUNICIPALITY OF KALILANGAN

AN ORDER CREATING THE PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM (4Ps)
MUNICIPAL ADVISORY COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALILANGAN,
BUKIDNON AND THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) THEREOF
WHEREAS, the 4Ps has been developed as a poverty reduction
measure that provides conditional cash transfer to extreme poor
households to allow the members of the families to meet certain
human development goals set by the government;
WHEREAS, to ensure effective implementation of this program,
the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) was tasked
to lead the implementation of this program and to coordinate with
other government agencies, the local government unit and nongovernment organizations;
WHEREAS, there is a need to oversee the overall implementation
of 4Ps in the Municipality through the creation of relevant board,
which shall be responsible for fulfilling the commitment of the
municipal government stipulated in the signed memorandum of
agreement with the DSWD
NOW THEREFORE, I, NENITA M. SUYAO, Municipal Mayor of
Kalilangan, Bukidnon, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
Constitution and Laws, do hereby declare the creation of Pantawid
Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Municipal Advisory Committee, to
wit:
Section 1. COMPOSITION AND TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP
I.
The 4Ps Municipal Advisory Committee shall be composed of
the following:

The following shall compose the Technical Working Group:

Section 2. FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The committee shall perform, but not limited to, the
following:
a. Ensure availability of the supply side requirements on
health and education in the target areas;
b. Submit relevant reports to the Regional Advisory Committee;
c. Hold regular committee meeting.
The TWG shall have the following functions:
a. Provide the necessary technical assistance for program
implementation;
b. Coordinate with various concerned government agencies at the
local level, sectoral representatives and NGO to ensure
effective program implementation;
c. Prepare reports on issues and concerns regarding program
implementation and submit to the Municipal Advisory
Committee.
Section 3. This Order supersedes previous issuances, which are
inconsistent herewith.
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

seal of the Municipality of Kalilangan, Bukidnon, this 8th Day of
