Dear Parents and Carers,
We hope to run Kenzalia club during the Easter holiday from Monday 30th March to
Thursday 2nd April and Tuesday 7th April to Friday 10th April, 2015 (8.00am – 6.00pm).
Please see the reverse of this letter for our exciting programme of activities.
Current prices are as follows:
Nursery and Reception £22 per child per day
Year 1 to 6 £20 per child per day
Please note, charges are made by the day irrespective of time period you use.
A non-refundable deposit equal to the daily rate (£20/£22 as appropriate) must be paid for your
child’s booking; this deposit will be used for your child’s final day at the club. Please visit the
School Gateway on our website to make your payment, or bring a cheque or cash to school.
Parents are reminded that fees once paid are non-refundable or transferable if your child does
not attend on the days booked.
Bookings close on Monday 23rd March 2015. You will not be able to turn up with your child on
the day if you do not pre-book. Children are required to bring a daily packed lunch and a
healthy snack. Lunches should be made in accordance to our healthy packed lunch policy,
available on our website.
