It is said that folding 1000 cranes brings true a wish. Inspired by the Hiroshima Park Children's Memorial
cry and prayer for "Peace in the World," 1000 origami paper cranes have been folded in 60 colors by the
5th grade community. With wishes for peace, they are beautifully strung to hang with glass beads from
a hand-finished bamboo pole.
