Template for Submission of Proposed Amendments to the Delay
Attribution Guide or the Performance Data Accuracy Code (Form A)
Any Track Access Party may sponsor a proposed amendment to the Delay Attribution Guide (DAG)
or Performance Data Accuracy Code (PDAC) (as defined in the Network Code Part B 2.5.1). This
form sets out the information requirements for any proposal submitted for consideration by the
Delay Attribution Board.
Appendices should be provided where necessary.

Unique reference number or code to enable the proposing
organisation to identify and distinguish the proposal from any
others they may submit. This will be provided / confirmed by the
DAB Secretariat
Name of the original
sponsoring organisation(s)
Propose that a specific individual name is given here to ensure
traceability should there be any conflicting proposals from a
single organisation.
Exact details of the change
proposed
Description of precisely which area of the DAG or PDAC is
affected, including section, paragraph number and/or position in
diagram or table. Statement quoting actual text/coding as it is
intended to appear in the document. Remember to check any
other references within the DAG that may be affected in
consequence to the change proposal. These references need to
be included as a change themselves within the change proposal.
Reason for the change
Description of the logic driving the change and benefits to the
DAG or PDAC user and/or benefits to the overall delay attribution
process.
Other Implications / Impact of
the Proposed Change
Where required; additional information indicating any impact the
proposal may have outside the DAG or PDAC, e.g. as a result of
benchmark, systems implications, frequency of event, resources
and management information etc. A proposed approach should
be suggested to address any implications / impacts identified.
Responses to Questions 1 & 2 in the form should enable
reasonable detail to be provided of any perceived impact a
proposal may have.

solution to neutralise any financial effect of the proposal.
