BARON BIGOD
A delicious Brie like cheese. Made from fresh warm cow’s milk, this creates a
smooth delicate silky texture, which is soft, white bloomy-rind cheese with
golden curd and long lasting earthy mushroom flavours.
EVE
A British goat’s milk cheese. During the maturation process the cheese is
lightly washed in a Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf which
maintains moisture levels .When ripe the interior of the cheese is almost
entirely runny and the flavour is full and rich with a lemony freshness.
HUBANER
A hard pressed Alpine style cheese made by a modern Austrian creamery.
Rich and silky with toasted nut flavours and spicy after notes.
YOUNG BUCK
Handmade blue cheese/ Based on a Stilton recipe made with raw milk and
matured for 12- 15 weeks. Rich, creamy and rounded with a lingering finish.
