Seasonal Gin and Ginger
Serves 4
Ice cubes or crushed ice
100ml Sainsbury’s Basics gin
400ml Sainsbury’s fiery ginger beer
2 limes cut into slices to garnish
4 sprigs of fresh mint to garnish

Fill 4 highball glasses with ice

Pour 25ml of gin into each glass and top up with 100ml of ginger beer, stir carefully.

Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint
Santa’s Christmas Hat Cocktail
Serves 4
2 tblsp white caster sugar
200ml Cranberry juice, chilled
100ml Taste the Difference freshly squeezed orange juice
Red currants to garnish

For this non alcoholic cocktail, dip the rims of 4 martini glass into water, then onto a
plate containing the sugar – this creates the fluff on Santa’s hat.

Fill each glass with 50ml cranberry juice and 25ml of orange juice.

Place a sprig of red currents over the rim of each glass before serving, then enjoy…
