100mls Blackberry Tonic
75g raspberries
100mls apple juice
100ml natural yoghurt
1 teasp. honey
Strawberry, Rhubarb &
Ginger
100mls Rhubarb Tonic
100g strawberries
100mls apple juice
100ml natural yoghurt
1 teasp. honey
1
⁄4 teasp. fresh root
ginger, finely chopped

100mls Summer Fruit
Tonic
50g raspberries
50g strawberries
50g blueberries
100mls apple juice
100ml natural yoghurt
1 teasp. honey
Rhubarb & Ginger
100mls Rhubarb Tonic

⁄2 bananna
100ml apple juice
100ml natural yoghurt
2 teasp. honey
1
⁄4 teasp. fresh root
ginger, finely chopped
Chill the ingredients, pop in a processor or
blender and whizz!
If you like your smoothies very cold, you can
freeze the fruit, tonic or juices or use very
small ice cubes/crushed ice.
