Medieval Research Report Requirements and Style Sheet Research Report Requirements Name: ____________________________ Topic: ____________________________ Due Date: __________________________ • Your report must be related to the topic you selected from the Middle Ages (approximately 500 A.D. to 1500 A.D.). • Include the most important facts about your topic. You will be our expert on your topic. • Remember to use complete sentences and use correct spelling and punctuation. • Do not copy and paste information you find. Rewrite information in your own words. • The body of the report must be typed in single-spaced 10 point font. No display fonts or all capitals fonts, please. • Your report should be between 500 and 700 words in length, but should fit on a single page. • The report should include 4 to 5 paragraphs with each paragraph having a heading set in the same font used for the body of the report. Use bold 12 point. • Create a cover page using the same font used throughout the report. Center the font using bold 14 point text. On the cover page, include the title of your report and your name. You may include a picture to highlight your topic. • Find information from several different internet sites and books where possible. • Create a bibliography or sources page showing the internet URL’s and book titles. Attach this page to the title page and report body with one staple in the upper left corner. Use the same font you have used throughout your report in size 10 for your sources page.
