Smith) - REQUIRED Description: Instruction In and Practice of First Aid Techniques. Goals: Students will learn: 1. Fundamentals of First Aid 2. How to give CPR (with certification if wanted, a fee will be required) 3. How to apply an AED Daily Requirements and Make up work: Take Notes on Discussion and Lecture (Graded): Outlines provided by Teacher. If student has excused absence they may make the work up within 1 week with the possibility of a 100. Work that is not made up within a week, a zero will be issued. Test Makeup: If excused absence , student may make up test within 1 week with possibility of 100. If unexcused absence student may make up test within 1 week with highest grade of 50.
