BUSINESS
A. Christmas party is Sunday. 4-7pm. $20-25 limit. Bring small dish
B. Shrimp Po’boys will not take place.
C. Looking for ideas to replace movie night/dates/G Rated movie
D. Spring fundraiser idea is maybe Easter Bunny pictures. Possible Art Auctions, Dinner
Night
E. Reconstructing for next year.
F. Revamp positions -Sunshine take on adding “thank you” notes on to do list. Add wish list for
teachers.
G. Discuss membership directory getting rid of.
H. 9weeks teacher treats needs to be done. Going under Hospitality, Jan 10th is next one.

Shoparoo—APP –Sarah and Kristy will send invite wants everyone on board to do this at
end of year.
J.
Sarah wants us to create a personal invitations to new moms for next meeting. Courtney is
taking control.

A. We will vote for mid-year money for teachers at this upcoming meeting
