Thomas More College
Thomas More College, located in Crestview Hills, KY is a small, private liberal arts Catholic
college. This position reports directly to the President of the College and is primarily responsible
for recruiting students to achieve undergraduate enrollment goals. Position title will be based
on experience and past performance.

Knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Word, Access, Excel.


Ability to represent the College in a professional manner.

Maintain a positive attitude that will promote a healthy cultural climate in Admissions.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that enrollment objectives and activities related to the traditional,
undergraduate student population are consistent with and support the mission and
strategic plan of the College.
2. Hire, train evaluate and supervise all Admissions staff.
3. Develops an annual enrollment plan with the assistance of the Director of Financial Aid.
4. Recommend all policies related to enrollment management to the President of the
College.
5. Assume responsibility for the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of
programs and activities in enrollment management.
6. Responsible for the management and oversight of the Enrollment Division budget and
expenditures.
7. Serves as the liaison to the President, Trustees, and other key constituents to the
College as it relates to enrollment matters.
8. Serves as the principal liaison to academic divisions and departments.
9. Assists with external marketing for undergraduate admissions with the Director of
Communications & PR.
10. Develops relationships and collaborations with individuals and organizations in
Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area that will enhance enrollment and
visibility for the College.
11. Collaborate with the President and other Vice Presidents on financial aid leveraging
and incentives.
12. Recommend to the President the appointment of all professional staff in the Division of
Enrollment Management.
13. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other professional software.
Ability to learn and effectively use the College’s data systems.
Education/Skills:
Education:
Master’s degree required.
Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably at a small
liberal arts college with progressively responsible positions.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills. The ability to collaborate and work
with staff, students, faculty and community constituents. Strong oral and
written communication skills.
