FOUNDERS HISTORY
Mdux Instrument & Control System has three founders. The formation came as three
brothers came together to achieve a common goal. As their focus was then and still is
today, their passion for the company remains clear and goal driven. The company’s
founders Mr Noa Modukanene, Mr Cedric Modukanene & Mr Lesley Modukanene founded
the company on the 30th November 2014 and had it officially registered in 2015 in Kuruman,
Northern Cape, South Africa. They have equal extensive business skills, experience and
acumen to lead Mdux-ICS well into the future. They all have a proven track record and
consist of the ability to make good judgements and quick decisions when required. The
three brothers all run the company equally regardless of difference in share percentage as
Mr Noa Modukanene is a majority shareholder.
MDUX INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SYSTEM is a company that intends to actively compete
for a large percentage of the present market share with respect to Electrical and Instrumentation
construction and maintenance.

MDUX INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SYSTEM is a company specialising in all
instrumentation and network installations and repairs. Our Management team collectively,
has in excess of 15 years experience within the industry and as a result, MDUX-ICS (PTY)
LTD is able to offer a professional and reliable service safely to our entire client base.
As a company we ensures that we offer you the best performance, quality as well as a
Service Agreement to all our clients to ensure that you receive only top quality service
delivery from the very start of our business relationship with you.
MDUX-ICS (PTY) LTD is established in Kuruman. Due to extensive infrastructure of the
group, the company is uniquely placed to expand to the rest of South Africa and even Africa
as a continent.
The company firmly believes that the amalgamation of the individuals concerned have
brought together a diverse and capable range of people thereby placing the company in a
position to supply services and repairs to the industry.
Although we are mostly Instrumentation focused, we also have Electrical experience on
MCC, Transformers and Distribution boards.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mdux-ICS is a construction company founded in 2014 and officially registered in 2015 by
three Modukanene brothers Noa, Cedric and Lesley. The company was created with a
common purpose amongst its founders and its shareholders to develop a construction
company that with its sub-corporations pushes the envelope for economic growth,
empowerment, skills training and development amongst its organizational structures and
stakeholders such as local communities. In other words to create catalyst to promote and
uplift the lives of the ordinary people in communities and by doing so will empower people,
help to build a sustainable future foundation that creates opportunities and as part of its
commitment to uplift the lives of the ordinary people, to educate everyone involved,
directly or indirectly.
Mdux-ICS with a majority of black ownership and that consist of 3 shareholders. Based in
Kuruman in the Northern cape province of South Africa, through its sub-corporations trade
in different market segments of the economy by strategically investing its resources into
companies, joint venture projects and private mining, FMCG, Oil & Gas projects that when
combined offers a wide range of projects and services to the consumer.

With a majority in black shareholders we fully comply to the B-BBEE regulations as
set out by the South African government.

Before Mdux-ICS (PTY) LTD was formed it was already clear what our mission was supposed
to be. That mission is still clear today and forms part of the foundation of our business.
Our key 5 year mission is to expand our services portfolio in existing and developing markets
within the Kuruman region, as well as nationally and also in selected Southern African
regions such as Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique. To invest heavily in the development
of skills training, skills transfer and local communities projects. To promote local
entrepreneurships and help in making sure production for our clients grows sufficiently and
accurately.
