This is a template for the Proceedings of the IDEAS: Designing for Innovation Conference 2016.
It follows the specified format for the proceedings. Use the IDEAS styles in Word to format your
document. For instance, for normal sections, used font 12pt, Times New Roman with the right line
spacing, and doubled spaced paragraph with justified alignment and 6pt space after each paragraph:

Please remove all the information that can identify author(s) when submitting the blind version.
Leave space for author(s) and author institution(s) in this blind version and remove any reference
that might identify the author(s), such as citations, name of institution, name of project or of team.

Document style is letter size with margins at 2.5 cm top, bottom, left and right.
The total length of a paper should be 6 to 10 pages including references, tables and figures.
Additional space for appendices may be considered in some cases.
This is the style subheading, if you need it (IDEAS Heading 3)
Three heading styles should suffice to structure your paper. (IDEAS Heading 1, IDEAS Heading
2 and IDEAS Heading 3). Headings should not exceed one line. Please do not number sections or
sub-sections.

Tables and figures can be labelled as below, using the IDEAS FigTable style for caption.

Shorter quote are normally included within the text, inside quotation marks. For longer quotations
(40 words or greater), use the following style (indent five spaces from the left for the block quote).
Indented quotations (more than two lines) are in the style IDEAS Quote. If you wish, you can
also use this style for other text that you want to display without using a table.
