This voluntary recall has been initiated due to microbial contamination on some of these
production batches (lots). The re-tested products were found to be contaminated with low
concentrations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa/ fluorescens. While a health hazard is unlikely, we
are taking this recall action because Pseudomonas can cause serious illness in immune
compromised individuals. We are initiating this voluntary recall of the listed products in an
abundance of caution. As these Foaming Soaps are intended for use on the skin, possible
health risks for a Pseudomonas skin infection would be accompanied by a rash or skin irritation
that may have an exudate (pus). More serious infections may occur in immuno-compromised
persons. People experiencing symptoms should seek medical attention. There have been no
reports of illness or adverse effects from any users of the products.
We began shipping this product in November 2012.
Consumers are warned not to use this product even if it does not look or smell spoiled.
Since these products are all manufactured in a similar manner, we are being extra cautious and
taking the same voluntary recall actions on ALL the above products.
This recall is being made with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration

PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS AT ONCE AND INFORM THEM TO DESTROY THE
PRODUCT. WE WILL ISSUE CREDIT ACCORDINGLY.
For your convenience, we have attached a complete listing of the skus that are being recalled.
We are requesting that you complete the attached inventory of each product on hand, destroy
open and unopened cases and return this form back by April 7th. Please return the form via
email or fax to Debbi Brill. We will confirm back to you that we have received and a credit will
be issued immediately to your account.
Additionally, we have attached a Recall statement, if you will need for any retailers that will want
to post at store level.
