Register EARLY. Fees: $40 per child. Families of 3 or more fee is $90 per family.
A book ordering fee of $10 per child will be applied after September 1st.
Scholarships are available. Please contact us if payment is an issue.
Families must be registered in either Our Lady of the Pines or St. Elizabeth parishes for
this form to be processed.
NOTE: If your child is in 2nd grade and will be receiving Sacraments during this school
year, please fill out this form for the regular Religious Education classes, AND fill out a
separate registration for Sacrament Preparation.
If your child is above grade 3 and receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, or Eucharist or
Reconciliation, please contact the office at 303-838-0338.
Middle School RE (6th graders) meets on Wednesday afternoons. Separate forms,
checks and fees are required for this program. Contact Deacon Ron Roderick at the office

Confirmation preparation is offered for 7th & 8th grade and above. Meeting on Sunday
afternoons, it is a separate program from CRE. Contact the office 303-838-0338.
