Declarations of Interest: None Minutes: The minutes of the meeting on 15th September 2015 were then approved and signed by the Vice Chair. All in favour. Objection 15/02078/FUL electricity sub station Ways End Lower Park Street. Objection A-boards had not yet been collected by GCC. The stone wall at Windy Ridge is being re-erected. CDC enforcement officers are aware of and acting upon information re. appartments being let in the Unicorn 1. Applications a) 15/03765/LBC and 15/03735/ADV – The Cotswold Book Shop, The Square – Proposed replacement signage. Resolved: No objection. Clerk to ask if there will be a post box and the red Post Office sign. b) 15/02534/FUL – North Bakery, Church Street – Proposed new shop front and rear extension including terraced area and fenestration alterations. Council regard this as a retrospective application and are concerned at the precedent it will set. Planning conditions had not been adhered to. Whilst there was no objection to the Bradstone finish the additional height made the building look skinny and despite the extra height the headroom in the attics was still low. d) 15/04134/TPO – Newlands Care Home – Evesham T.1 Beech, prune back from building to gain a 3m clearance, thin out canopy. Application noted. 2. Neighbourhood Plan – land allocation A plan showing the green spaces and potential development sites was shown to committee. This plan will have to be approved by full Council, as the body which submits to plan, before landowners are consulted. Members thought that the Stow Ag site should simply be referred to as a potential employment site. 3. SHLAA meeting. Stow Fair Site. 10th November 2015, 9.00 a.m. at CDC. Colin Smalley to attend and to ask CDC to remove the Bovis site and the S57 site between Stow and Maugersbury from the plan and to correct the reference to King Georges Field. 4.
