Resolved: Clerk to ask CDC if the fire escape proposals are satisfactory. Copy of query to be
sent to fire service.
c) 15/03438/FUL – Land adjacent to 2 Beech Croft, Oddington Road – Erection of a detached four

Resolved: Objection. Council regard this as a retrospective application and are concerned at
the precedent it will set. Planning conditions had not been adhered to. Whilst there was no
objection to the Bradstone finish the additional height made the building look skinny and despite
the extra height the headroom in the attics was still low.

a 3m clearance, thin out canopy.
Application noted.
2. Neighbourhood Plan – land allocation
A plan showing the green spaces and potential development sites was shown to committee.
This plan will have to be approved by full Council, as the body which submits to plan, before
landowners are consulted.

site.
