Questions God Asks Us
Special Summer Sunday School Study
May 25th – July 27th
Starting Memorial Day weekend and ending in July, the Couples I, Couples II and Adults II class
will be having a combined 10-week Sunday school class for the summer. This special study will
be based on the book, “Questions God Asks Us”. This study focuses on 5 questions from the Old
Testament and 5 questions from the New Testament that God asks. Each week is self-contained,
so don’t people who participate do not have to be worried about missing various questions
throughout the summer. The “Questions God Asks Us” is a spiritually forming way of exploring
scripture passages and how they are applicable to our current situations. This class will meet in
room 108 in the Ministry Center (regular Adults II class). If you have any questions, please see
Cody, Dave McCoun or Paulette Akers.

SUNDAY SCHOOL – COME GROW WITH US!
Every Sunday, Sunday school provides the opportunity for you to grow and learn with others.
Sunday school classes are set up for you to feel comfortable and challenged. You can share your
burdens and support others during their hard times. It's also a fun place to get together with
genuine people who desire to pursue Christ. Also, this is a place to draw deeper and close to God
and others. See below for a listing of Sunday school classes, location, and teachers. Come grow

USED SUNDAY SCHOOL, WEDNESDAY NIGHT & OTHER SMALL GROUP BOOKS
Renew, Reuse, & Recycle
If you have been a part of a Sunday school, Wednesday night or other small group and have used
a study book purchased by the church, we are asking anyone, who would like to do so, to return
the book to the church so other classes may use it. Also, if you have a copy of “THE STORY” or
“Not a Fan” and would like to return it to the church for others to read and use, please feel free to
do so. The intent of this effort is for Sunday school, Wednesday night and other small groups to
reuse books in different classes and settings. Often more than one Sunday school class will use
the same book or a book used in Sunday school will be used on Wednesday nights. No one is
obligated to return any book if they do not wish to do so. Please feel free to leave any books you
wish to return on the table in the hallway next to the copier. Please see Cody for more details.
Summer Supper Clubs
Summer Supper Clubs are a great way to purposefully schedule time to relax and make new
church friends. How does it work? Any person/family who wants to participant simply signs up
on the Summer Supper Sheet on the bulletin board. May 25th is the last Sunday to sign-up. Then,
everyone who signs up will be put into a group with two other persons/families, which
constitutes a summer supper club. The summer supper clubs will meet once a month for June,
July and August; each time at a different person/family’s home to share a meal. The times and
which home to eat at is determine by the summer supper members. If you have any questions,
please see Cody.
