It was outstanding! I was super impressed and my expectations were surpassed. We went to a beautiful
private ranch and worked with 3 horses in the arena on all kinds of team building skills (with no horseback
riding). The team was challenged and had to think out of the box and use creativity to get the horses to do
what we were asked to do with them. We then talked alot about how this translates over to the workplace. I
found the workshop to be highly relevant to the ways we are trying to develop leadership at Google. Its
intuitive, out of the box and creative with regard to problem solving.

Today was a profound experience for me. It has given me insight into my future. What amazed me the most
(in the third exercise) was the behavior of the road as he waited for the black horse to pretty much disregard
my presence, and come over to replace him. What an experience. AND THEN to remove the halter from the
roan and have him follow me without command was pretty incredible. So I guess you could say that today was
the beginning of my new life. It was a wonderful afternoon in a beautiful place I call home and I can't thank
