Counselors/Social workers from Bellefaire JCB, the region’s
leader in helping teens with mental health concerns, offer tips
and strategies to help kids who engage in self-harming
behaviors—STUDENTS INVITED!!!
Come hear Ron, Lisa, and Justin Bachman speak on how to
raise a child (and be a child) who is different. (Learn about
Justin Bachman, Solon HS student, at honorgooddeeds.org)

Gary Tonks, from The Arc of Ohio will speak on Transition
and Waivers. IT’S NEVER TOO EARLY TO START LEARNING
ABOUT and PLANNING FOR TRANSITION. Learn how to
prepare for the next step for your child who is
developmentally different.
Denise Sawan Caruso from OCALI will offer tips and
strategies to help kids with sensory integration challenges.
New Directions, a treatment facility for adolescents with
chemical dependency and other mental health issues, will
offer tips and resources for families and teens with this very
common mental health challenge. STUDENTS INVITED!!!
