Specification
Removing the old cement concrete or any type of
tiled flooring including leveling the surface,
cleaning the site including sorting out serviceable
tiles and stacking the same and debris disposing
off up to a distance of 50 mm.
Providing and laying Rectified and verified
mirror finish decorative type tiles of size 600 mm
x 600 mm and 8 to 10 mm thick of approved
make, shade and pattern and having water
absorption between 0.08% to 2.5% for flooring
in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement
mortar including neat cement float, filling joints
with cement slurry, curing and cleaning
complete.
Providing and fixing Rectified and verified

veneered and partly glazed partition with 70 x 35
mm frame at 60 cm centre to centre and
decorative veneer of 4 mm thick including
French polishing etc. complete.
Providing and fixing on site full ht. both side
partly laminated GLAZED door shutters at
required location and having height more than
1.5 meter made by using slide core commercial
type flush door 35 mm thick of the requisite
manufacture viz. Anchor / Century / Kenwood /
Duro or equivalent generally confirming to
I.S.>303/I.S.710-1980, finished with 1.5 mm th.
Laminate matt/suede/fine line finished
lamination pattern with grooves on both sides.
Antitermite treatment to plywood and woodwork
with ten year guarantee bond etc. including all
leads & lifts etc. complete. The shutter shall be
provided with 6 mm thick float glass of size 23 x
170 cm & of approved make or as directed with
eatching and lipping (BTC), Moulding,
hardware, locks, handles, polishing etc. as per

Providing and fixing collapsible steel gates in
two leaves with channel pickets, pivoted flat bars
including top and bottom guide rollers, stoppers,
handles, all fittings and accessories, locking
arrangement and applying one coat of red lead
primer complete.
Providing and Applying external raincoat

stamp paper of Rs.500/- and necessary testing

Removing doors and windows of any size and
type with frame mild steel / wrought iron grill
work and stacking the same in compound or in

including sorting out the stone chips and debris

distance of 50 meters beyond the building area
and lift upto 1.50 meters, stacking and spreading
as directed including dewatering unless provided
elsewhere, preparing the bed for the foundation
and necessary backfilling, ramming, watering,
complete excluding shorting and strutting.
Providing dry tarp / rubble stone soling 15 mm
cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and
compacting etc. complete.
Note: Item should be used for plinth filling and
plinth protection.
Providing and laying in situ plain cement
concrete M-10 of trap metal for foundation
and bedding including bailing out water
manually (dewatering, formwork,
compacting and curing.
Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap
stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation
and plinth of inner wall including bailing out
water manually, striking joints on unexposed
faces and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 on
