Studio Rental Agreement
Dynamism Dance Studios and _____________________________________________(name

Please note these additional conditions to your rental contract:
In the event that the renter cancels his/her rental time for a specific date, Dynamism
Dance Studios needs to be notified no later than 24 hours before the scheduled rental.
If less time is given, Dynamism Dance Studios may require some or all of the rental
monies, especially if the Studio could otherwise have been rented.
If your rental payment is more than 2 weeks past due (according to your agreement),
Dynamism Dance Studios will charge a $20 late fee.
If studio lights are left on, studio is left in unacceptable condition, or vulnerable, renter
will encounter fess.
We must have a driver’s license copy for the renter.
A waiver form must be signed by individuals in the class, at the beginning of and prior to
commencement of the class.
Dynamism Dance Studios reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement at any
time.
Dynamism Dance Studios offers studios that are fully equipped with mirrors, Barres, PVC
floors, climate control, and stereo sound equipment that is renter own music device
compatible. The Studios can be used for classes, rehearsals, auditions, and photo shoots.
Food, drinks, and street shoes are not allowed in studios, only can ues dance shoes
if have to wear shoes, but the shoes can not dance shoes walk on the street and
ues in the studio same time, have to clean dance shoes only ues in the dance studio,
but are allowed in our lounges. Smoking is not permitted within 20 feet of the
studio and private parking lot is on site.
Specifications and Rates:
$28 per hours (if use only once)
$24 per hours (if use up to month)
$20 per Hours (if use for one term)

Booking and payment policies:
Space may be booked by phone or in person. Payments must be received 48 hours in
advance of the rental date. If rentals are booked less than 48 hours in advance, payment is
required at the time of booking. Renter must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to receive
a refund. Payment methods are cash or check.

Balance Dance Studios for the use of studio space. I am 18 years of age and I hereby release
Balance Dance Studios from any and all claims or liability due to personal injury or loss of
property which I or my students may sustain as a result of participating in any activity at
Balance Dance Studios. I, ________________________, am also responsible for any
damages to the facility that may occur during my session.
