Annotation:
This is a report paper with a bit of background and good information, done by Elizabeth
Fernholz. The main body of the report has a lot of good details, starting with the beginning of the
Russian all the way to the end; naming the important people that were involved and crucial to the
revolution. It also includes events that aren’t too important but great to know. The report ends
with a paragraph about how significant the revolution was and a list of resources which are great.

Annotation:
This report has quite a bit of information. Robert starts of by telling us the causes of the
Russian Revolution which then leads to more in-depth paragraphs about the things that were
going on. (Poverty, mass population increase, government struggles, military conflicts, etc…)
All of this information adds up to how the start of WW1 affected the regular citizens of Russia.

Annotation:
This is a very short video giving a very basic understanding of the Russian Revolution, it
is done by a man whose username is “aavacado”. It talks about the leader in Russia, Nicholas II;
who was a strong believer in autocracy. Then it leads into talking about the chaos Russia was in,
politically, military, economics, and social; which the people blamed on their leader. The video
ends with describing how the Russian Revolution was a success and a few details about the man
behind the revolution. This is a nice short video in which provides useful basic knowledge with
the use of footage and music.

Annotation:
Compared to the other reports, this one goes the most in-depth. Like most, it starts off
with the causes of the Russian Revolution. It is mostly based around the revolutions of 1917.
This is a source for those with a bit more time on their hands, but it is worth it. It has multiple
headings with sub headings of their own. All with crucial information and extra details to help
you understand more. It ends with a nice short summary of pretty much everything crucial in the
report.

Annotation:
This source of information is a little more different than the rest. It is a timeline about
important events during the Revolution with their dates. This could be very helpful to the people
who know a bit of background on the revolution and are interested to find some more facts about
important events that went on. The timeline is pretty basic and should be used more for
reviewing purposes.

Annotation:
This is also a sort of short report about the Russian Revolution. It gives some good
information, some you may have already heard if you studied the revolution bit. It gives you the
main ideas, people, and events that occurred in the revolution. It sort of leaves it up to the reader
to draw their on conclusion on the revolution. This a good source because it has links inside the
writing that will take you more in-depth into the subject you might need help in.

Annotation:
This video is about the causes of the Russian Revolution, and it is one of my favorite
sources that I looked up. It starts of very serious but as you go along it is a very comical and
great video if you pay attention. To get the most of the video it has to have your full attention for
the five minutes it last. This video is very good because it appeals to teenagers in a couple of
ways. One, is that it is very short. Two, it has a comical effect to it which I know most teens
would like. Those two reasons combined plus useful information makes this a great resource.
