Responsible for Delhi office and other project offices for IT infrastructure, procurement,
 contracts and services for smooth Service Delivery.

Interact with users and management to understand business needs and challenges;
Suggest technology solutions and formulate the IT strategy ;

Setup and manage the IT Infrastructure, evaluation of technologies and solutions;

Manage IT infrastructure and EDP Projects (Like ERP related);

Manage projects and vendors, propose and manage IT Budgets for the project;

Ensuring Database maintenance, software implementation, server updation, security and support services;

Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels;

Manage entire IT related equipment’s (Laptops, Desktops, and Printers etc.) for the project;

Ensuring Backup Solution/ Antivirus Management ;

Maintaining Software/Hardware Assets;

Providing management reports on resource utilization e.g. utilization of servers, storage,
Internet etc.

BE/ MCA/ MSc Computer Science with 12-15 years of experience in IT Industry;

Should be in the capacity of heading the IT Department of a corporate house;

Knowledge of LAN / WAN/ switches / Routers / DSL / DHCP / AD, Policies, printers, troubleshooting etc.;

Excellent communication, liaison and presentation skills;

Proven ability to operate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
