Budget Up to $50,000 in salary. - Attach an explanation of how the salary amount was calculated (normal salary of applicant Fellow x amount of time in residence as a Fellow). - Provide the contact name and address of individual at Public Interest Organization who will be responsible for administration of salary amount. Up to $15,000 awarded to each academic host for equipment and programrelated expenses. 2 - Academic host institution should provide a budget for up to $15,000 with intended uses as well as any in-kind contributions. 10. NOTE: Applicants are advised that, if awarded a Fellowship, the LFO will be requesting written interim and final reports from each of the Fellow, academic host, and public interest organization.
