A Message from our President
The 14th St. Uptown Business Association (1-4 UBA) has compiled this complete
listing of every business and commercial property established in the District of
Columbia’s Ward 4 community. It includes properties for sale and/or lease, vacant
and occupied, church storefronts, as well as office and apartment/condominium/coop complexes located on commercially zoned streets, with listings of homes that are
also zoned commercial.
With your help, it is our commitment to you, to improve upon this document, by
updating both its content and accuracy, annually. In January, of each successive
year, we will release a new publication. Should you find any errors or omissions,
incorrect spellings or addresses, new additions, deletions or changes in status,
please advise us – in essence – be our eyes and ears.
