Clerking new admissions to the ward after being
admitted from Paediatrics’ A&E
Child Protection training/issues
Gastroenterology – TPN dependent children
HDU, ventilated children, CPAP
Capillary blood gases
Cannulas/blood taking
General Paediatrics
Clinical Supervisor(s) for the Dr. Alsaud, Dr. Aminu, Dr. Hargreaves

Monday – Friday 08.30am-17.00pm
On call requirements:
Saturday and Sunday on-call 08.30am-16.00pm or
21.00pm
+/- 2x on call days during the week 08.30am – 19.00pm or
21.00pm
Night Shifts regularly, approximately once a month
20.30pm-09.00am
Fixed Annual Leave ( 2 weeks post Thursday-Sunday
night shift)
