My name is Jacqueline Scott and I am the chairwoman of the Canterbury
bridge club. Besides playing card games our club also tries to arrange field
trips every month. Since a lot of our members enjoy the chocolates of you
company during our weekly card games I was thinking about getting to know
your well known chocolates a little bit better, so I was wondering if it’s possible
to arrange a guided tour of the factory for all 20 members of our pensioners
club.
(If this is possible we have lots of possibilities concerning the time and date,
we’ll be able to work something out.)

First of all we are very pleased with your request and we would love to be
able to show everything you want to know about our company. Unfortunately I
can’t give you a definite answer yet on when we can plan this tour, because
this is not my responsibility, but I can assure you a guided tour is possible
every Monday to Wednesday. I forwarded this email conversation to Mr
Nicholson, he is responsible for all the guided tours.

Dear Ms Scott,
I have received your request from my colleague Mr Black and I am happy to
announce to you that It would be a great pleasure to give the Canterbury
bridge club a guided tour in our factory.
Our guided tours are always form 09:00 until 11:30 or from 12:30 until 15:00,
in both cases you can choose to have lunch in our company restaurant and
no reservation is needed for lunch. Would it be possible to plan your visit on
the 22th of May? Of course other dates are also possible, but if you plan the
tour on the 22th you are sure to be the only group of the day.
