Policy DM9 seeks to safeguard Norwich’s heritage and where a heritage asset is affected, a heritage interpretation scheme may be required. This SPD: Defines various terms used within policy DM9 Explains the purpose of heritage interpretation Explains when heritage interpretation might be necessary Gives examples of successful heritage interpretation schemes in Norwich Describes scenarios when a financial contribution for off-site heritage interpretation might be appropriate and gives an approximation of the financial contribution that might be sought Have we got it right?
